Why refer to Myofascial STL Plus?

1. We make your job easier.
We have the time to provide the individual, hands-on care to complement your program, plan of care or approach. Does your patient seem to be making slow progress? Often times the fascia is holding muscles in positions that make postural adjustments temporary, difficult to maintain or impossible to acheive. Patient still in pain? The pressure exerted from fascial tension on nerves can result in pain that may not respond to conventional treatment approaches. Patient unable to use pain medications due to intolerance? Myofascial Release may be an avenue worth exploring. Would you like to see your client progress more quickly with the plan of care due to a limited number of authorized visits? Often times, adding a fascial visit expedites the process and can produce accelerated gains in range of motion.

2. We understand traditional healthcare.
Our clinicians have backgrounds in traditional healthcare in addition to holistic healthcare. We understand that healing is not an all or nothing approach.

3. Open communication.
We are comfortable communicating any questions or following any plan of care you provide.

4. We provide superbills to our clients.
Medicare Advantage and many HSA's reimburse for our services and with the passage of the NoPain Act, more insurance companies may be reimbursing patients in the future. We provide superbills for our clients upon request.

5. We have implemented a secure patient portal and EHR.
Unlike other massage practices, we have implemented an Electronic Health Record. In fact, we worked with our provider to design the standard for massage therapy.

6. We are here to answer any questions you may have about holistic healthcare.
We offer Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Vibroacoustics, and Express Yoga. All of these approaches are Somatic/Body based Holistic Approaches that affect the parasympathetic nervous system, therefore improve digestion, sleep, reduce muscle tension and increase relaxation. Each modality does have its own research as well and can easily be found through a literature review. You can find links to some of that research on our website at myofascialstl.com.

7. We have been offering Myofascial Release for 25 years in St. Louis, longer than any other clinic in the St. Louis area.
